AYCADO

Our impact

Impact measured in capability, not in headline numbers.

AYCADO was founded in 2024. Rather than publish figures we cannot yet stand behind, we set out plainly what change our work is designed to produce in a young person.

Our position on data

Honesty first.

Youth development is a field where numbers are easy to inflate and difficult to verify. We have chosen a different standard: AYCADO publishes outcomes it can describe accurately, and will publish measurement only once it has been genuinely collected.

As programmes are delivered, participation and outcome reporting will be added to this page — attributed, dated and specific.

What we will never do

  • Publish participant, country or programme figures we have not recorded.
  • Present projections or intentions as achievements.
  • Display partners, sponsors or endorsements that do not exist.
  • Attribute testimonials to people who have not given them.

Youth outcomes

Ten outcomes we design every programme around.

Each one is observable in a participant's work, conduct and readiness — which is how we assess whether a programme has done its job.
01
Practical skills
Applied ability that holds up outside the classroom, developed through repeated practice.
02
Professional experience
Exposure to real working expectations, standards, feedback and collaboration.
03
Career readiness
Preparation for applications, interviews, workplace conduct and early progression.
04
Confidence
The self-assurance that comes from having done the work, not only studied it.
05
Mentorship
Access to guidance from people further along a professional path.
06
Networking
Professional relationships that extend opportunity beyond immediate circles.
07
Project experience
Evidence of contribution: work delivered, problems solved, responsibility carried.
08
Digital capability
Comfort and competence with the digital tools modern work depends on.
09
Entrepreneurial development
Initiative, enterprise thinking and the discipline to build something.
10
Professional development
A habit of continuous growth that outlasts any single programme.

Theory of change

From inputs to contribution.

A single progression connects what we put in to what a young person is eventually able to contribute. Each stage depends on the one before it.

Reporting

Programme reporting.

Outcome reporting will be published here.

Programme reports, participant outcome summaries and evaluation material will appear on this page once delivery data has been collected and verified.

Partnership

Help us produce measurable outcomes.

Institutions, employers and mentors make the difference between training delivered and capability proven. There is room for serious partners in this work.
