What this pathway is.
The Fellowship is AYCADO's most intensive engagement: an extended pathway combining leadership development, professional training, practical assignments and collaborative work.
It is designed for young people ready to commit to sustained development, and prepared to take responsibility for outcomes beyond themselves.
Purpose
To develop young people who can lead work, teams and initiatives with professional competence and integrity.
