Program 02 · Practice
AYCADO Skills Lab
Learn by doing. Then do it again, better.

Overview
What this pathway is.
Skills Lab is where instruction becomes practice. Participants work through exercises, simulations, collaborative tasks and real-world problems, with feedback built into the process rather than added at the end.
The Lab is deliberately hands-on. It is designed for the part of development that cannot be delivered through explanation: trying, getting it wrong, adjusting and improving.
Purpose
To convert knowledge into working ability through repeated, supported, practical application.
