AYCADO works with educators, professionals, employers, institutions, development organizations, communities and mentors to move young people from learning into practical capability and real opportunity.
Our philosophy
Collaboration as delivery, not endorsement.
AYCADO was created on the understanding that no single organization can prepare a generation for work. Training can be designed in one place. Practice, mentorship, professional exposure and opportunity require many.
Partnership at AYCADO is therefore treated as delivery rather than endorsement. Each collaboration exists because it gives young people something they could not otherwise access: a workplace, a mentor, a platform, a project, a qualification, or the funding that makes participation possible.
We enter partnerships slowly and document them clearly. Scope, responsibilities and expected outcomes are agreed in writing, delivery is reviewed together, and results are reported honestly, including where they fall short.

- Bring AYCADO training to students, co-design career preparation, and connect academic learning with professional practice.

- Host internships, placements, project briefs, site visits or job shadowing, and help define the capability the workplace actually needs.

- Contribute structured mentorship, facilitate sessions, review participant work, or offer industry insight over a defined period.

- Combine reach, expertise and resources so that programmes serve more young people in more places.
