What this pathway is.
AYCADO Academy is the organization's structured learning pathway. It brings professional training, career development and workplace readiness together into guided sessions designed for young people preparing to enter, or progress within, professional environments.
The Academy exists because knowledge alone rarely translates into performance. Sessions are built to be practical, applied and directly relevant to what employers, institutions and enterprises actually expect from young professionals.
