Apply as a mentor
Create your mentor record in the mentor portal with your expertise, sectors and the time you can realistically give.

AYCADO reviews
The team reviews each mentor record before it is published. Contact details are never shown publicly.
- 03
Receive requests
Once published, participants can send you a mentorship request describing what they want to work on.

About James Ruzii Gonwokay
James Ruzii Gonwokay founded AYCADO in March 2024 with a straightforward conviction: young people across Africa are capable, ambitious and willing to work, but too rarely given the practical preparation that turns study into professional ability.
As Founder and Chief Executive Officer he leads the organization’s programmes, mentors participants directly, and holds AYCADO to what it can genuinely deliver at its current stage.

To empower young people and young adults through accessible, practical and relevant career development, professional training, skills-building, mentorship, experiential learning and development opportunities that prepare them for employment, entrepreneurship, leadership and meaningful participation in society.
