This area develops practical digital capability: productivity and document tools, spreadsheets and basic data handling, professional communication platforms, online research, digital safety and the confidence to learn an unfamiliar tool quickly.
AYCADO delivers this work because digital competence is now assumed in almost every professional role, while many young people are fluent in social platforms and unpractised in professional tools. The gap is rarely acknowledged and easily closed.
Content is chosen for usefulness rather than novelty. The priority is capability that a young person will use in the first month of a job or in running their own enterprise.

Practical experience
How it is practised.
Sessions are conducted at the keyboard. Participants complete realistic tasks such as producing a report, building a simple budget, cleaning a small data set and preparing a presentation.
Participants also practise learning an unfamiliar tool with documentation only, which is the capability that keeps digital skills current.
