Who we serve
Professionals seeking additional skills
Working people adding new professional, digital or leadership capability.

Who they are
Understanding this group.
These are people already in work who need capability their initial education did not provide, or whose roles have changed faster than their training. Some are preparing for progression, some for a change of field, and some simply for the digital expectations now attached to their existing job.
Their constraint is not motivation but time. Development has to fit around employment, travel and family responsibility, or it does not happen at all.
Developmental needs
- Flexible delivery
- Learning that fits around working hours, including online and short intensive formats.
- Immediately usable skills
- Capability that can be applied in their current role within days rather than years.
- Credible standards
- Training pitched at a professional level rather than an introductory one.
- Direction
- Clarity on which capability is worth acquiring next for the path they are on.
How AYCADO supports them
Our support for this group.
AYCADO serves this group primarily through workshops, bootcamps, online learning and targeted skills development. Formats are short, focused and designed to produce usable capability within a defined period.
Sessions can also be hosted with employers and institutions for their own staff, which removes the scheduling problem entirely.
Skills and capabilities
What they develop with us.
- Digital, productivity and data handling skills
- Leadership, project and people management capability
- Professional writing, presentation and analysis
- Self managed and online learning discipline
Practical experience
Doing real work.
Learning is applied to participants' own work. Assignments use real documents, real data and real problems from their roles, so the practice and the job are the same activity.
Career development
Preparing for opportunity.
Additional capability supports progression, protects against role change and widens the range of opportunities open to someone already in employment. Career guidance is available for those considering a transition.
Mentorship and exposure
Guidance from others.
Professionals in this group both benefit from and contribute to mentorship: many are exactly the experienced people that AYCADO's students and graduates need to hear from.
