These are students and learners who have understood that study alone will not be enough, and who are actively looking for something real to do. They want responsibility, applied work and the chance to find out what they are capable of outside an examination.
They are among the most straightforward group to help and the most frequently turned away, because structured opportunities for young people to do real work are scarce.

AYCADO involves this group in youth led projects, community initiatives, practical workshop assignments and supervised experiential learning. Where placement partnerships are available, participants are supported into structured attachments.
