These are young people already carrying responsibility for others, in student bodies, youth groups, community initiatives, faith organisations and informal networks. They are leading, often with no preparation, no resources and no one to consult.
The capability of this group has consequences beyond their own careers. What they can plan, organise and sustain determines what happens in their communities, and their leadership sets a standard that other young people follow.

AYCADO supports this group through leadership and personal development training, project design and delivery, youth led community initiatives, public speaking and communication work, and mentorship.
Initiatives remain led by the young people themselves. AYCADO contributes structure, standards, guidance and accountability rather than taking over the work.
